Skywatch Friday another beautiful sunset
It is hard to believe another week has passed and it is time again for SkyWatch Friday! The sunset was not especially colorful last night, as our monsoon season seems to be slowing down a little, and we are approaching dryer weather again. So instead of those amazing clouds the sky will be a vast endless blue. However I just love how the rays of the sun spread out from the clouds and thought this was quite a beautiful shot. Hope you enjoy!

Hello!
It's a really beautiful sunset:)
You're very happy to see such a beautiful sunset last evening:)
I love this shot. The bright back lighting and the fringe of palms and cacti (hope I got that part right) - gorgeous!
That is gorgeous! I have a sister in Tucson and she always says the sunsets are beautiful! She's right!
Yes, certainly very beautiful !! and the line of all different trees is cool.
Great photo of the sunset!
Awesome photo.
wow, that is just gorgeous!
I'm a fan of sunsets .. this is a gorgeous one !

This is a very stunning sunset! So beautiful, also the different trees in front of the picture!
This is a fine sunset with the sun adding the drama of its rays shooting out from the clouds. I haven't been to Tucson in some time, but I always enjoyed the beauty of the dessert. Nice shot.
I most definitely enjoyed that shot. The gentler colours and the sun rays are magical. Thanks.
Nice shot. We haven't had any spectacular sunsets for quite awhile. Perhaps in the fall! Can't wait!

Beautiful. I live in NM and have monsoon season as well, and also think it is slowing down. I'm saving all my wonderful clouds for when the beautiful blue is all we have.
Your cactus pictures in the later posts were FABULOUS!
Thanks everyone for your comments.
Deborah-The tall skinny silhouette in the picture, is actually a Cypress tree, not a cactus. We do have cactus that would give a similar image though!
Cypress are fairly common in this area.
Dee: What a beautiful Sunset for SWF.
