Those cactus flowers look like they were decorations just for the holidays!
Happy Jan 1, 2009!!!!!
Happy New Year to you too. Thanks for the comment on my blog. It so happens my husband and I are in Tucson for a winter holiday. We will be back in cold Virginia Wednesday.
Nice blog. Good luck with making wildlife habitat--hope they flock to your yard.
Did you just take the photo of the Mamm? If so, it's early! Mine won't start until spring. I hope I don't lose a lot of specimens this year--I didn't move them in time to avoid the December rains, so I'm worried.

I have just found your blog, and am really pleased - I love gardening, and it is so interesting to look at your wonderful photos and see different habitat plants.
Also I love the lit up palm tree photo!Thank you!
Happy New Year everyone! Thanks for your comments. Aiyana- it is a recent picture. I am afraid I may have confused some of my cacti due to my inexperienced watering practices?
