There were 3 blooms that opened today, and several smaller buds just getting going. It joins two other Parodias in my garden.

My goodness, the flowers are big for that cactus! And the color looks unusual for a cactus also. I can see why you couldn't resist buying that one.
Beautiful-I don't have any blooms on any cactus ! I think I'll go buy some that are blooming to get my fix!

What a beautiful red bloom. This is a new Parodia species to me. I've never seen it at the sales or cactus nurseris, but I'll put it on my list. I love red flowers!

Delightful little blossoms! I am one of the snowbirders that you mentioned in a previous post but I prefer to rent a condo in Scottsdale and enjoy the Sonoran desert as you have!Love all the cacti that is in bloom now!!
