Hugging my neighbors tree
I love this little tree, that grows just past the fence on one side of my house. I watered it through months when the house sat empty and still water it now that there are people there but they haven't noticed this little tree yet. In the Fall its leaves turn yellow and fall- not a real common sight here in AZ. After the leaves fall the crooked branches are beautiful against the sky. Come Spring a whole new batch of pretty green leaves grow all over again. I'd love to get an ID on this little tree that doesn't belong to me. Any ideas anyone?

How lovely! Have you got any close-ups of the leaves to help identify it?
I don't know what it is but it sure is pretty against that blue sky.
Maybe the arizona ash?
A guess, but one based on the leaf and color...
I'm not sure, but it might be a GLEDITSCHIA TRIACANTHOS 'Sunburst'. It does start off with green leaves and they turn yellow in autumn. Try looking it up and see what you think? (BT- The Crafty Gardener).
